If you want to launch your career in speech pathology with a speech pathology master’s program, an online master’s in speech pathology at Florida State University provides students the opportunity to learn about, diagnose and treat communication disorders by taking part-time classes online at their own pace. The program aims to make up for the statewide shortage of speech-language pathologists by ensuring that students work at clinical sites in their local communities in Florida.

They can practice in hospitals, schools, rehabilitation centers, government health facilities, research laboratories, private practice environments and more. Graduates can work one-on-one with individuals with disorders, find a job on the administrative side, teach or conduct research for a living.
